It’s a crazy busy week for me with a newborn session, a senior photo shoot, and then a business lifestyle session–which is awesome! I love spending time with lots of my amazing clients and helping them capture those important moments. As busy as things are though, I knew I needed to take a minute to share one of the adorable photos from this latest newborn session.
At Home Lifestyle Newborn Photography
We did this session at the family’s beautiful home in Houston, Texas. I run a full-service photography studio that’s perfect for expecting moms, new babies, and families. But there really is no place like home! As a mom to three gorgeous kiddos myself, I know how demanding life can get. That’s why I offer at home newborn sessions, so you can have beautiful, professional baby portraits right from the comfort of your own home. My hair and makeup team are also available to come to your home, and you’re welcome to use outfits from my client closet. I want you to feel beautiful as well as comfortable!
Lifestyle sessions like this are also the perfect option when new baby has older siblings. Since we were at home, mom, dad, and big sisters were able to join in our pictures easily. A new baby is a big adjustment for everyone, and sometimes being in familiar surroundings makes the photography experience a much more relaxing experience–especially for little ones. I love the sweet, intimate images I’m able to capture between the new arrival and his or her parents, siblings, and even grandparents or aunts and uncles when doing an at-home session.

Interested in a professional, luxury portrait photography experience? Please enter your information and I will be in touch shortly. Just a little note: family, maternity and newborn sessions do book several months in advance. For newborn sessions, please be sure to contact me while you are pregnant, as newborn sessions take place when your baby is between 6 and 12 days old. Maternity sessions generally take place between 33-36 weeks. There are a limited number of sessions each month so please contact me as soon as you can to reserve your date and session time.
