Shannon is proud to serve the greater Houston area and work with your babies; no matter if they are one week new or college bound. We will create the perfect session for you, and your family.
The Newborn Photography Studio
The Shannon Reece Jones Newborn Photography Studio is located off of Robinson Rd, near The Woodlands Mall. Studio sessions are a little more posed, the baby does need to be about 1-2 weeks new, and parents as well as siblings are of course; welcome. Lifestyle sessions are sessions that are at your home, these are less posed, and focus more on the connection between your new baby and growing family. We will deiced on the type of session that is best for you when we meet at your pre-session consultation.
The Pre-Session Meeting
This is the fun part! You get to see samples of the pretty print options that you have for your portraits. The studio is full of albums, fine art prints, and wall art; Shannon will help you to decide what is best for you and your home. The pre-session meeting at the newborn photography studio is also where you will be able to see all of the tiny props including newborn headbands, wraps, and the cute little buckets and bowls. We will also chat more about hair and makeup and what to wear to your session.
Your Ordering Appointment
2-3 weeks after your session; you get to come back to the studio for your Ordering Appointment. This is when you choose your favorites and create your keepsake album or custom wall art. This is also when you get the link to your digital gallery so that you can share all of your pictures with family and friends on social media.

For newborn sessions, please be sure to contact me while you are pregnant. Maternity sessions take place between 33-36 weeks. Newborn sessions take place when your baby is 6-12 days old. There are a limited number of sessions each month so please contact me as soon as your can to reserve you date and session time. I can’t wait for your session!
