Beach Sessions
We went on vacation this summer, to Gulf Shores, Alabama, with some of our best friends. The drive from Houston, with three children in the car, was pretty long. Luckily, we made it, and I’m so glad we went. Our babies are all about the same ages and they had a blast. We went to the beach, the pool, the Zoo, and a fun restaurant called “The Hangout” where the kids played in bubbles and got to paint little shells. A little history about us, Regan and I met freshman year at Texas Tech University (Go Red Raiders!) We lived on the same floor in the dorms and pledged the same sorority. Our husbands have known each other since grade school. They played sports together growing up and got to play golf on the trip as well. Funny side note, Gary’s Dad was actually a coach and teacher when Pete (my husband) and I were in High School. Pete and I were in the same class and he separated our chairs because we talked too much. Little did we know almost 20 years later we would all be married with children and on vacation together. Anyways, I tend to ramble, so back to photography… I shot a beach session for the Jackson’s while we were there. The sunset was just as beautiful as the sweet faces in their gallery.
