Almost a decade ago, I started the SRJ photography studio in my home office, photographing friends and family. I quickly learned that, while newborns were my first passion, my very favorite thing is to help moms like me hold on to their babies forever. And babies grow up! From personal experience, I know that moms still want pictures of their “babies” when they are 1, 7, and 17! As a Houston newborn and family photographer, I am proud to photograph expecting mothers, newborn babies, growing kiddos, and families. Because every stage of life is beautiful.

Stories of Family

As a child, one of my favorite things about visiting my grandparents home was the fact that they had so many family photos on the walls. Those memories and stories became a part of me because they were something I could see and touch. Now that I have a home of my own, portraits are my favorite way to decorate!
