How to Host a Summer Party
This summer is flying by and I have been working with the most amazing clients. Leanna Lamming, with Life by Leanna, was gracious enough to have me photograph her summer party; along with some other local business partners for her beautiful gathering.

Local friends were asking me to take photos for their websites and social media and I went ahead and decided to offer it all the time. With details like these, how can I not love everything about my job?

The Table
Oh my, this table! That is all I can say. Leanna truly has a knack for decorating and style. You have to follow her on instagram too! Her feed is amazing!
The Flowers
Leanna made this backyard setting look perfect in every way. From flowers, to seating, and decor to lighting, she had everything pretty and perfect.
The Decor
The details were picture perfect in every way.
“Trader Joes is my favorite place to find any flower, especially peonies. Peonies were used everywhere to create this outdoor tablescape. I used antique place settings (which I borrowed from a family friend,) and antique candlesticks that I had around the house.” – LeAnna

“Summer time is one of my favorite times to host parties at our home. I love to throw an outdoor summer party! But one of my favorite outdoor summer parties to throw is for my girl friends. Being at this stage of my life it is so important to have a supportive group of friends. This summer, I threw my favorite gal pals a dinner party to show them my appreciation of our friendship!” – Leanna
