Hi & Happy June!

I just wanted to say hi, and fill you all in with a few updates on SRJPhotography and what’s happening at the Jones house this summer.

Thanks

* First, I just wanted to say thank you for all of the bday calls and messages. Like I said in my last instagram post, I’m not quite sure what to do with the number #41, but I’m thankful for another year and look forward to all of the things coming up!! Apparently Vera Wang didn’t open up her bridal business until she was 40, so I’ve still got a lot of work to do ;). With that being said, here’s a peek into our life…

Camps

*Day Camps – I have 3 kids that want to be involved in everything, so we’re signed up for all of the things! We have volleyball camp, soccer camp, basketball camp & football camp, thankfully those are all close to home and just a few hours here and there.

*Church Camp – Hannah is going to her first church camp with some friends, & her cousins, so she’s super excited! We’re packing a little here and there, and getting ready to send her off soon!

Vacations

*Seattle – Addison’s team made nationals, which is in Seattle this year, so I’m taking her this trip (dad got to go to South Carolina). It’s the week before her 13th birthday, so it’s kind of her b-day present too ;). We’re also going to celebrate at the lake with family over the 4th of July weekend.

*Family Vacations – We always go to Lake Livingston, and New Braunfels during the summer. We have family in both places, so it’s always fun to visit while we have some time off of school and sports.

Photography

*Photography – Thank goodness for laptops! I’m squeezing in every minute I can to work between pick-ups, drop offs, and all the things… summer is the hardest, but it’s only a few weeks and we will be back to school the 2nd week of August. There was a HUGE baby boom over the last couple of months, so I’m still catching up on some editing and setting up ordering appointments over the next few weeks. I am booking for fall (crazy!) and will let you all know more about open dates and Santa once the kids go back to school. And as always, I do schedule newborn sessions year round.

* Teaching – My group mentoring From Pretty to Profitable is still in the works for fall. I want to update some content so I’ll send out more information when dates are open! In the meantime, I hope you all have a fun summer!!!
