What is Lifestyle Newborn Photography?
This is a style of newborn photography that focuses on love and relationships as you welcome a new little one into your life. These sessions take place in the comfort of your own home, and are a godsend for busy new moms.
With lifestyle sessions, there’s no need to worry about packing up and heading to the studio. We bring the studio to you! We’ll bring all the equipment, outfits, and props you need–and can even come beforehand to give you a little pampering as we help with hair and makeup!
If you have other children, lifestyle newborn photography may be the perfect choice for them too. Siblings often like being in their own familiar environment–especially since they’ve just experienced the big change of a new baby brother or sister!
At home newborn sessions are also perfect for the fall and winter months, because these seasons correspond with holidays and visits from family. Including extended family like grandparents or aunts and uncles is so easy with a lifestyle session. Again, no need to get everyone to coordinate and travel to the studio. Everyone can simply remain comfortably at home and enjoy the process of capturing these memories. You can even include your fur-babies!

Just a little note: I typically do maternity sessions around 30 weeks and newborn sessions at about 14 days old. I offer a limited number of sessions each month so that I can give each client the specialized attention they deserve. My schedule fills up very quickly (often months in advance) so I encourage you to book as soon as possible!
