Dreams Come True — Texas Portrait Photography

There are a lot of things I love about my job–but one of the best things about doing portrait photography is that I get to be involved in making dreams come true! I was looking through photos from past years and came across this beautiful unicorn session. It brought back so many great memories. The story behind this session is so sweet:

Unicorn Themed Birthday Portrait Photography

My friend contacted me about doing a very special portrait photography session for her daughter Rhezi’s sixth birthday. Apparently big brother Prestyn had told her about a magical unicorn forest. Not only that, but he had told her that legend said a little girl would find the forest that year. What girl could resist a story like that?

Mom told me that all her little princess wanted for her birthday was a unicorn. A tall order, but I love a challenge! I immediately set about figuring out how we could make those magical dreams come true–and how we could capture them with beautiful portrait photography. Unicorns aren’t easy to come by in Texas, but the effort it took to find this one was completely worth it. Watching Rhezi’s face light up as she saw her very own unicorn was as close to magic as you can get!

Both mom and big brother were able to make it to this amazing portrait photography session. Prestyn was the perfect Prince Charming, and he and Rhezi were so sweet together. The memories we captured were so precious! Mom left me a glowing review, and I was thrilled that I could be part of making a little girl’s birthday wish a reality.

For newborn sessions, please be sure to contact me while you are pregnant. Maternity sessions take place between 33-36 weeks. Newborn sessions take place when your baby is 6-12 days old. There are a limited number of sessions each month so please contact me as soon as you can to reserve your date and session time.

As your photographer, the goal of each and every one of of my sessions is for you to leave not only with a piece of fine art for your home, but with your family’s memories beautifully displayed in print.  I will work with you to create a customized session for you and your family, and remember, even if you’re not in my area, there are great services like Snappy Photographer photography services that I’m sure will offer a great experience!
