The New Photography Studio
Where!?
27326 Robinson Rd #201, The Woodlands, TX 77385
I am so excited to move to a new photography studio space! Although I do offer lifestyle sessions to my clients, in the comfort of their own home, a well-equipped photography studio is a must.
It can be a special event to go to a studio for pictures. And, this is a safe place to store all of the props and outfits, and where we can meet prior to your session to discuss all of the details of your session.
The next reason that a studio space is a must is for ordering sessions. This is the best part of your experience is when you get to choose what you love. When you come to my studio you will get to see all of my sample albums and wall art as well.
I’m also delighted to report that Analisa Hastings, my hair and makeup artist, is willing to come along for the adventure!
Hair and Makeup Artist Analisa Hastings
Coordinating with Analisa has been one of the best things I’ve done for my business. She is amazing! Voyage Houston just published an article about her which you can read here. She is super talented and excels at seeing people’s innate beauty and really making it stand out. I’m so fortunate to be able to work with her. My clients love the extra pampering of a qualified hair and makeup artist to prep them for their photo shoot.
One of the things I (and my clients) love about Analisa’s style is how natural it is. It fits in perfectly with my own photography style and is just stunning. She is so good at helping people to look and feel their best, and completely understands the pressure women often feel about their appearance. I can assure you: you won’t feel that pressure with her. What makes Analisa such a great artist is that she already knows you’re beautiful!
My Photography Journey
I’ve always been drawn to photography as an art form. Even when I was little I loved looking at the pictures on the walls of my grandparents homes and in their photo albums. Little did I know then that I would one day run my own photography business! In high school, I was my dance team photographer. When I got to college I took photography classes and learned so much.
My plan was to work in a big advertising agency in New York. Guess what? Life happens. My husband and I moved to Texas and I ended up in event planning. It was years before I finally took the leap and started my own photography business. It really has been a dream come true, and I have never looked back!
I love the way photography tells a story, and I feel incredibly blessed to have been able to follow my dream of becoming a professional photographer. It’s both a gift and an honor for people to trust me to capture their precious memories and the special times in their lives. I truly believe there’s nothing better than seeing your beautiful family displayed in print. That’s why my goal with each session is to provide you with personal artwork you can enjoy in your home and share with family and friends. You can learn more about my photography journey here.
Thanks so much for reading! If you’d like to learn more about my services please feel free to contact me and I will be in touch shortly. Just a little note: most of my sessions do book several months in advance. There are a limited number of sessions each month so please contact me as soon as your can to reserve you date and session time. I hope to see you in the studio or your own home soon!
