As a Conroe maternity photographer who specializes in luxury portraits, I take a lot of pride in providing an elevated experience for new moms. You have enough to think about with welcoming a new baby, and I want your photography session to be something that helps you relax–not a stress factor! What to wear can be one of the most difficult parts of planning your session, which is why I have the SRJP client closet, so that choosing outfits becomes easy and fun!
A Peek Into the SRJP Client Closet
If you follow me on Instagram, you’ve probably noticed that I gravitate towards light colors and neutrals. I also know that solid dark colors can provide a beautiful level of contrast. You’ll find all these shades in my client closet! I’ve also chosen a variety of silhouettes so that you can choose loose and flowy gowns or more fitted dresses.
Of course, you are always welcome to bring your own dresses and outfits. (I love to see what mamas choose!) But I know that maternity gowns can be expensive. Obviously, if it’s something you absolutely love then it may well be worth it, but I also want you to have the option to not worry about shopping at all when it comes to outfits for your maternity photos.
And I don’t want you to be limited to only one outfit. Maternity sessions can be a chance to play dress-up and have fun while creating beautiful images of this special time in your life. Having two or three outfits in a session allows you to play with different styles, display different parts of your personality, and create images that will work well in multiple settings. After all, the goal is for you to be able to display this artwork in your home or treasure it in an album.
Your Maternity Session
Before your session, we’ll talk about what to wear, hair and makeup (did I mention that hair and makeup services are available at the studio too?) and all the other details. If you’re ready to schedule, please be in touch! I can’t wait to hear from you! Oh, and I’m always adding to the studio wardrobe, so if there are colors and styles you would love to see, please let me know!
