Do you send Valentine’s Day cards? I love the tradition of sharing the love on Valentine’s Day (and year-round!) Here are some photos to get you in the mood, and maybe give you some ideas for this year or next!

A Few Ideas for Valentine’s Day Cards

Little heart feet! Who knew love was spelled b-a-b-y-t-o-e-s? Getting a closeup shot of hands or feet in a heart shape is a simple and cute way to create the perfect image for your photo cards.

Like most other holidays, color has everything to do with it! Valentine’s Day cards are perfect in pink…

…or red!

Composites like these are trickier. But if you hire a professional they can create a gorgeous setup for you!

Why Valentine’s Day Cards?

Another reason I love the idea of sending cards in February? It’s perfect for those busy moms who maybe missed the opportunity to do holiday photo cards in December or at the beginning of the year. I won’t ask for a raise of hands. 😉 I knew one clever mom who never sent out Christmas or New Year’s cards once her littles came along. Valentine’s Day only! It was her way of minimizing some of the stress and busyness that happens towards the end of the year while still reaching out and sharing her family’s news and pics with loved ones.
