November is one of those crazy months for photographers! You still have the usual newborn, maternity, and family photography sessions, plus holiday pictures on top of it all! I love the busyness and anticipation of the holidays, and it’s also fun to take time to enjoy whatever stage of life my clients are in. Here’s a quick sample of some of my favorite November photos from a year ago:

The holidays wouldn’t be the holidays without some kisses under the mistletoe, right? I loved doing a beautiful lifestyle holiday photo session for this family last year. They had everything decorated beautifully, and I know their Christmas pictures were a huge hit!

A year ago I was also in the middle of a branding photo shoot for the mama in this same family. She has a home and lifestyle blog (Life by Leanna) that you should absolutely check out! So many great ideas for recipes, home decor, diy projects, and more!

November is also a great time for outdoor family family portraits. The colors are so pretty this time of year, making it the perfect time for an outdoor photo shoot. There are so many pretty places in the Houston area. Whether you’re looking for trees, grasslands, or water, I can recommend the best spots for pictures!

And of course, it’s always a good time for spending a couple of hours together, either in my Conroe, TX photo studio or in the comfort of your own home, getting beautiful newborn and family pictures.
