Happy Anniversary!
One of the perks of having a photographer-sister, is that she makes you take pictures for every life event.
We are blessed to have family all over Texas; and when my baby brother, and his sweet fiance got engaged, I offered to take their engagement pictures at the river in New Braunfels, TX. This is where my mom, and my sister’s family live, so we try to go down there to visit a few times a year.
As we’ve watched their family grow, I’ve been able to document their story along the way…
Engagement Pictures
Their first session with me was their engagement session in New Braunfels, TX. They got married in Dallas, TX; during covid, so it was a small wedding with family only. They had a sweet friend take their wedding pictures and Alyssa was a beautiful bride.
Maternity Photography
“First comes love, then come marriage, then comes the baby”….
Bella! We took Alyssa’s maternity pictures inside of my mom’s house, and then went down to the river for some pretty sunset pictures there also.
Newborn Photography
You know I was dying to take Bella’s newborn pictures, so I drove up to Dallas to photograph a lifestyle session in their first little apartment at home. She was so tiny.
6 Month Pictures
Mitchell and Alyssa let us babysit one week, and I snuck some 6 month pictures in ;).
1 Year Pictures
And one year! I took those pictures here in Houston. Time flys that first year. Look how big she is now!
