I don’t know about you, but I LOVE an outdoor maternity photography session! There’s something so beautiful about capturing these images of motherhood out in Mother Nature. If you follow me on Facebook or Instagram, you’ve probably seen a couple of sneak peeks from this beautiful spring session. Well, there’s more! I’ve finished up editing and wanted to share some more of these gorgeous photographs with all of you.
Outdoor Maternity Photography Session
This sweet couple is expecting a baby boy and wanted to document the pregnancy with a beautiful outdoor session. Although the weather was warming up a bit here in Texas, I knew we would still have nice temperatures if we got an early start. I usually schedule outdoor maternity photography sessions for morning or evening. This is when the light is best–and the temperatures are perfect most of the year!
We met at one of the beautiful parks in Spring, Texas. Brownie (the couple’s lab) tagged along too, because dogs share my views on getting out and enjoying the outdoors! We were also joined by Grandma, who is so excited to welcome her grandbaby. It was wonderful to have her with us to share in the excitement and anticipation.
Mom was absolutely beautiful, both in her blue wrap dress and white embroidered gown. I loved the addition of a chic cowboy hat. Perfect for getting ready to welcome a boy, and infusing some of mom’s own style into our pregnancy photographs.
So happy for this wonderful couple!
