If you could freeze one moment from your everyday life, what would it be? For me, it’s everything! I really couldn’t choose, because even though babies turn into kids and kids turn into seniors ready for their own adventures, every moment is so precious!

My kids are 10, 13, and 15 now, and I still take so many pictures—because time is flying by so fast. No moment lasts forever…but the memories can.

I have been reminded of that recently as senior sessions have been in full swing over the last few weeks. It has been so much fun to meet these amazing young people, capture their personalities, and get a glimpse into their hopes and dreams as I create senior portraits for them. I wanted to share just a few quick peeks into some of my recent sessions with these incredible high school seniors!

Senior Sessions: A Few Quick Peeks

I started spring break in Galveston with this gorgeous young woman. The Galvez Hotel made the perfect backdrop, and we also visited the beach and pier. So much fun!

Here’s a peek at Ella’s beautiful senior portraits. Such a sweet spirit that shines in and out. I can’t wait to see God lead her on her journey.

Loved this setting at the nature preserve in Spring, Texas. If you’re from Houston, you know this is a gorgeous place with so much to see and so many scenic spots to use as photo backdrops.

Also spent some time in the studio—which can also be a perfect setting for senior photos! This session was timeless and classic. I can’t wait to see her photos in print—they will be amazing! After all, that’s why I do what I do—so you’ll always have more than just a memory. You’ll have printed artwork that will bring you back to this moment… every single time you want to remember.

As a mom with teenagers, and as a photographer who gets to meet so many people of all ages and from all walks of life… I’m not worried about the next generation. I love watching them spread their wings, follow their faith, and chase their dreams with love and purpose. It’s a joy to watch…and a joy to photograph all of these senior sessions!
