Baby Girl | At Home Lifestyle Session

I LOVE this lifestyle newborn baby  session.

How lucky is this baby girl? Look at her family!

I know Megan through soccer; our daughters played together last year and have become sweet friends. They moved here last year from Singapore, and now live in The Woodlands. Speaking of Singapore, my brother was actually born there, check out my about me page if you are wondering what I’m talking about. Back to little Layla, she is this pretty Mommy’s fourth child. This is her second daughter and I’m sure big sister is excited to have someone else to play with other than her two baby brothers.

My Style

The gold, pink and white colors in this newborn session were all so pretty, bright and happy, along with the sweet faces in this home. One of the things I love the most about lifestyle sessions is that the whole family can be there. I love that extended family can be involved in the newborn session as well. Megan’s Mom was actually at the house helping out, so she decided to pop in a picture as well. Now they have an image of three generations and that is something you want to frame and keep forever. Lifestyle is also great for younger siblings, like baby Ben in this session. He came in the room, sat in on a few pictures, but got to go swimming at the pool when we was all done

Speaking of the pool, it ended up being the perfect reward for big brother Ben after his photo debut. Pools are such a lifesaver for keeping little ones entertained during these sessions, but they do need some TLC as the years go by. We’ve seen families who’ve had their pools for a while, and eventually, resurfacing becomes a must—not just to keep them looking fresh, but to ensure the surface is safe for those tiny feet running around.
