One of the most incredible stages of motherhood happens before you even meet your baby. Finding out that you’re pregnant is such a special time, full of thoughts and emotions you’ve never experienced before. As a mommy to three babies myself, I know that pregnancy is a gift. Each time is different, and I remember my special time with each of my little ones. I want you to be able to remember your special time too, which is why I love being a maternity photographer in The Woodlands, Texas! Pregnancy and the miracle of bringing a new life into the world is truly a gift. You get to know, feel, and love your baby before anyone else. Your body provides everything they need, and that bond between you and your child starts from the moment you find out you’re expecting.
My babies are fast becoming teenagers, and I love looking back on photos of them when they were little. Each season of your life is a gift—including your pregnancy—and it’s important to document each part.
Because every mother is different, and I want to tell YOUR story, I offer many different options for capturing images of your pregnancy. Whether you prefer a wooded park, a city background, the studio experience, or your own home, we will find the perfect fit for you. Mothers-to-be also have access to our full client wardrobe as well as hair and makeup services so that you can feel pampered and beautiful as you prepare for your maternity session.
Welcoming Baby
Of course, I believe no maternity session is complete without a newborn session to follow it up once baby arrives! After your maternity session, your newborn session is the perfect way to capture the love and change in your growing family. Parents, siblings, grandparents, and even fur-babies are all welcome to attend. I tell people it’s like a mini wedding! It’s also one of the best parts of the entire experience of welcoming a new baby into your home.

After your session, we will create pretty wall portraits and keepsake albums for you to display in your home. These are treasures you can look back on for years to come. You will be able to pass these family heirlooms down to your babies, and their babies, and their babies. To me, there is nothing better.
