It has been a busy and eventful summer at the SRJ Photography studio. We’ve had everything from sleepy babies to hurricanes complete with power outages–and I know which one I prefer!
Summer is almost over though. My kiddos head back to school in two days and it’s time to settle back into a routine, along with looking forward to the excitement of the holiday season!
Here’s what the rest of the year holds for the SRJ Photography studio:
Newborn and Maternity Sessions
We are booking well into December for expecting mothers and new babies. I am so excited for every one of these sessions! This really is the heart and soul of what I do and I feel so privileged to capture these memories.
Santa Sessions
These got snapped up fast (just two days)! This is always a highlight of my year and I’m looking forward to the Christmas magic. If you missed it this year, be sure to subscribe to my newsletter so you can be one of the first to know next time!
Business and Brand Photography
Yes, I love all things to do with babies…but did you know I also love everything business and marketing? (Fun fact: my degree was in advertising.) I offer business and brand photography for Houston business of all sizes. It’s fun to step outside the studio on occasion to do something just a little different! If your goals for next year include improving your brand image, whether through updated headshots, product photos, or a complete branding session, then now is the time to start planning your photoshoot!
Photography Mentoring
I am continuing to offer monthly mentoring (limited to two spaces per month at this time) to help other photographers go from pretty to profitable with their businesses. Be sure to reach out if you are new to the business side of photography and don’t know where to start, or are ready to take your business to the next level. This is such rewarding work for me and I love working one-on-one with talented photographers and being part of their journey! (Feel free to take a peek into Stacy’s beautiful new website. She was one of my first students and I adore her!)
